Who is HerFaithVillage.com Ministries?

HerFaithVillage.com Ministries is a nondenominational, nonprofit Christian outreach and discipleship ministry. Our heart is to help women and youth meet Jesus personally, grow in their faith, and live boldly for Him.

 

What does your women’s ministry actually do?

We share the Gospel, teach God’s Word, and walk alongside women and youth as they discover who Jesus is and who they are in Him. We offer biblical encouragement, practical tools, online resources, Bible studies, events, and real‑life support so women can grow spiritually and live out their faith with confidence and joy.

 

How did the ministry begin?

The ministry was relaunched in December 2019 after a previous site was compromised. Through prayer and renewed vision, God rebuilt the ministry with a new name and a stronger foundation.

 

Is HerFaithVillage.com Ministries affiliated with a church or denomination?

No. We are not affiliated with any church, denomination, or outside organization.

 

Is this ministry only for women?

Our primary calling is to reach and equip women and youth, but we welcome anyone God brings to our ministry.

 

Who started this ministry?

Who can participate—do I have to be a member of your church?

No church membership is required. Anyone can participate in our online community, attend events, or submit content. Only ministry leadership roles require membership.

 

How do I get connected if I’m new or feeling shy?

You’re welcome here. Our online and in‑person ministries are intentionally designed to be warm, safe, and pressure‑free. HFV‑WomensHub and HerBibleStudies.com help women build real relationships, learn together, and experience God’s goodness at their own pace.

 

Life is hard — where can I find help?

We can listen, encourage, pray, and share faith‑based resources. We do not provide professional counseling or medical advice. For ongoing support, please reach out to your pastor or a trusted Christian counseling center.  If you’re in danger or at risk of self‑harm, call 988 or 911 immediately.

 

What is HFV‑WomensHub?

HFV‑WomensHub is our online ministry space offering devotionals, evangelism tools, Bible studies, prayer, community, and practical encouragement for everyday life.

 

Do you offer online resources or virtual gatherings?

Yes. We have a full‑scale online ministry built around a strong digital presence, including HFV‑WomensHub and multiple subsites. Women can grow in Christ wherever they are and whenever they can.

 

How can I submit a prayer request or get support during a hard season?

Our prayer ministry is available through HFV‑WomensHub. You can submit prayer requests, share praise reports, learn about prayer and fasting, and explore how God answers prayer in Scripture.

Do you offer Bible studies, small groups, or mentoring?

Yes. HerBibleStudies.com — Women’s Bible Studies, KeepinItRealInChrist.com — Youth Bible Studies, We offer live online studies, self‑guided studies, and group study resources.

 

Are there events for different ages or life stages?

Yes. HFV‑Events provides camps, workshops, retreats, conferences, and shut‑ins for women, youth, and communities. We offer events tailored to specific ages, life seasons, discipleship needs, and outreach opportunities.

 

Is there childcare for events or studies?

Some events and studies offer childcare. Check the event details for availability. Many gatherings are also offered live online.

Can anyone write for HFV‑WomensHub / HerFaithVillage.com Ministries?

Yes! We welcome new writers and fresh voices. Apply or submit content through the “Write For Us” section.

Writers must: Follow Jesus Christ, Agree to our Terms of Service/Use and Writer Guidelines, does not contradict our Statement of Faith in their writing.

How can I submit articles or become a featured writer?

Submit devotionals, articles, poetry, Bible studies, and more through the “Write For Us” page. If God leads you to become a featured columnist, we’d love to review your submission.

Do writers get paid?

Not at this time. We keep the ministry free of ads, fees, and subscriptions, so writers serve as volunteers.

How is the ministry funded?

HerFaithVillage.com Ministries is supported primarily through the generosity of our founder, Shelle Frelo, along with family, longtime donors, and friends who believe in the mission.

 

Who builds and maintains the HerFaithVillage.com Ministries websites?

Every site in our ministry family is designed, built, and maintained by our founder, Shelle Frelo, through her company OnePurpleDeer.com. She donates all services as an act of ministry, relying on the creativity and guidance of the Holy Spirit.  Our online presence is truly a labor of love, prayer, and obedience to God’s calling.
