Welcome to the website of HERFAITHVILLAGE.COM  (“HerFaithVillage.com Ministries”, “Shelle Frelo” “womenshub.herfaithvillage.com”, “HFV Women’s Hub”, “the Website”, “website”, “we” or “us” further known as “HERFAITHVILLAGE.COM”). The following terms and conditions, together with our Statement of Faith, House Rules, Privacy Policy and any other documents incorporated here by reference, govern your access to and use of our online properties, including websites, social networking platforms and mobile applications (collectively “HERVILLAGE.COM”), whether as a guest or a registered user. We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time at our sole discretion.

HERFAITHVILLAGE.COM  (HERVILLAGE.COM) is a ministry that facilitates online Bible studies and discussions, using the Bible and material and books written by Shelle Frelo. HERFAITHVILLAGE.COM exists to share God’s Word with women in an open, franc, and “get real” way through love, laughter, and prayer. We started this ministry to offer fellowship, support, encouragement, and biblical solutions to today’s woman through the Word of God. HERFAITHVILLAGE.COM is a non-denominational ministry helping Christian and non-Christian women grow through God’s Word applied to everyday life. HERFAITHVILLAGE.COM  is not a counseling service and not a professional advice service nor are we psychologist; nor are these services offered on this site, by email, or in our HERFAITHVILLAGE.COM gatherings, HERFAITHVILLAGE.COM groups, or Facebook groups, or discussion boards.

BY JOINING OUR BIBLE STUDIES, YOU AGREE THAT HERFAITHVILLAGE.COM , ITS LEADERS, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, AFFILIATES OR SPONSORS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SITUATION THAT OCCURS AS A RESULT OF, OR IS NEGATIVELY INFLUENCED BY, ADVICE OR ANSWERS GIVEN.   HERFAITHVILLAGE.COM has the right to moderate all posts and/or content posted by users/members, contact study members from small group, large group, or in-home, small, and/or large group Bible studies. We have a zero tolerance for any violation of privacy or copyrights, bullying, harassing, or inappropriate behaviors.   Bullying, Harassing, or inappropriate behaviors are defined as the following: Spam, promoting products, asking for money or free books, promoting other ministries and groups, interrupting or redirecting the conversation, religious debates rooted in legalism, condemnation, swearing, and adding people from the HERFAITHVILLAGE.COM  groups to other Social Media groups (harvesting) without HERFAITHVILLAGE.COM  permission. We’re a non-denominational ministry and will not tolerate putting down religions, people and the beliefs of others. Do not share any information from HERFAITHVILLAGE.COM  groups to other Social Media groups on your personal Social Media page, or with your friends. All content is to remain confidential.

 

Account Registration

Certain areas of HERFAITHVILLAGE.COM  may require registration or may otherwise ask you to provide information to participate in certain features, such as our User Forums, in order to receive electronic newsletters or mobile alerts or to access certain Materials or post User Content or to participate in social networking activities. In online formats, such as the Facebook chatrooms and groups, it’s possible for impersonators and fake profile accounts to gather information from these groups. If you are involved in litigation (such as a divorce or custody battle) you are cautioned about the transparency and lack of privacy online. It’s tempting when you sign-up for Christian online gatherings to share information as we pray for one another. We ask that you be wise, considerate and respectful of the privacy of others, including your own family, spouse, children, teachers, coworkers and anyone you’re praying for, or even those that you may be having issues with. Please do not give explicit detailed information of others or of yourself. Mankind’s enemy the Devil works in every opportunity to magnify himself and wreak havoc in the lives of believers. Please ensure your post do not violate the privacy of others and doesn’t put yourself or others at risk by giving too much detailed information. You can protect your own privacy by creating a unique identity. We never provide your email address, phone, or personal information and we certainly don’t sell your contact information. We work hard to keep our website safe and ask you do the same by being a wise online visitor or member.

Our members are interested in getting into the Word of God they are not here to shop for products. Our content pages and reader comments do not contain advertising. If a comment, post, content, or entry made by a member contains product information or links; selling information or links; mailing lists information or links, or any unauthorized solicitation the member will be banned from the website and their IP address will be blocked permanently. This is a site for women find resources, information, tools, content, and Bible studies in a safe and convenient environment, and an environment that is none soliciting.

HerFaithVillage.com-Women’s Hub uses the WordPress Content Delivery Network (CDN). By accessing HERVILLAGE.COM, you understand that you may be waiving rights with respect to claims that are at this time unknown or unsuspected, and in accordance with such waiver, you acknowledge that you have read and understand, and hereby expressly waive rights with respect to claims and any similar law of any state, which provides as follows: “a general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.”

 

Waiver and Severability

No waiver of by HERFAITHVILLAGE.COM of any term or condition set forth in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of HERFAITHVILLAGE.COM to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.  

 

Severability

If any part of this Agreement is deemed to be unenforceable, the balance of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

 

Entire Agreement

The Terms of Use, House Rules, Statement of Faith, Privacy Policy and the other documents incorporated herein by reference constitute the sole and entire Terms of Use agreement between you and HERFAITHVILLAGE.COM with respect to the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Website.
