2. Acceptance; Arbitration/Class Action Waiver
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITES OR CONTENT, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. Except for certain small claims and certain intellectual property/equitable relief matters, disputes must be resolved by individual binding arbitration and not by class actions or representative proceedings.
3. Purpose and Nature of the Ministry; No Professional Advice
The Sites are Christian ministry platforms intended to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, encourage learning and discussion of God’s Word, and provide fellowship, encouragement, and support through biblically grounded content and community engagement.
The Sites are not a counseling service, therapy provider, mental health clinic, medical provider, dietitian/nutrition provider, or financial advisory service. We do not provide professional or licensed medical, mental health, legal, financial, nutritional, or other professional advice.
4. Eligibility; Minors
The Sites are intended for adults 18 years and older. Our websites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Children under 18 should not use the Sites without a parent/guardian’s permission and supervision.
5. Geographic Restrictions
The Sites are operated from Missouri, United States, and are provided for use by persons located in the United States. If you access the Sites from outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with Applicable Law.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Sites. Your continued use after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Privacy
Our collection, use, and sharing of information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Sites, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Donations, Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments (Stripe)
We may offer the ability to make donations and, from time to time, may offer paid products, event tickets, registrations, subscriptions, or other offerings (collectively, “Paid Offerings”). Payments for donations and Paid Offerings may be processed through a third-party payment processor such as Stripe (“Payment Processor”).
8.1 Donations vs. Purchases
- Donations are voluntary gifts to support the ministry mission and are not purchases of goods or services (unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing for a particular campaign or benefit).
- Unless required by Applicable Law, donations are final and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us promptly; we will review requests in our discretion, subject to the Payment Processor’s rules.
8.2 Paid Offerings; Subscriptions (if offered)
- If we offer a Paid Offering, the description on the purchase/checkout page will identify what is included, the price, and any key eligibility/usage limits.
- If we offer subscriptions, they may renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal. Cancellation stops future billing but does not necessarily refund amounts already paid, unless required by law or explicitly stated in the subscription terms shown at checkout.
- If a Paid Offering includes digital content or immediate access, refunds may be limited or unavailable except where required by law.
8.3 Failed Payments; Chargebacks; Taxes
- If a payment fails or is reversed, access to related Paid Offerings may be suspended or revoked.
- If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend access to related accounts/features while the dispute is pending, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties related to a Paid Offering, unless otherwise stated.
8.4 Payment Processor Terms
Your payment is subject to the Payment Processor’s terms, privacy practices, and dispute procedures. We do not store your full payment card details. We are not responsible for Payment Processor outages, errors, holds, or fees.
9. Community Standards; House Rules
If you participate in any Interactive Services, you agree to follow the House Rules in Appendix B. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent ban.
10. Accounts; Security; Accuracy of Information
Certain areas may require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the confidentiality of your username/password. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including for suspected violations.
11. Intellectual Property; Limited License
The Sites, Content, and related trademarks and logos (“Marks”) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Sites and Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- Reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit Content for commercial purposes.
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, harvest data, or attempt to discover source code.
- Frame, mirror, or create derivative works from the Sites or Content except as permitted in writing.
12. User Content; Submissions; License to Us
You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, upload, or transmit through the Sites (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, publish, modify, translate, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit User Content in any media or formats, including for ministry, operational, promotional, and marketing purposes, unless prohibited by Applicable Law.
Submissions are not confidential, and we are not obligated to compensate you for any submissions. We may remove, reject, or moderate User Content at any time, for any reason, without notice.
13. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Violate any law or encourage illegal activity.
- Harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, doxx, or engage in hate speech or abusive behavior.
- Post explicit sexual content, pornography, or sexually graphic material.

- Infringe intellectual property rights or post content you do not own or have permission to use.
14. Third-Party Services, Links, and Embedded Content
The Sites may contain links to, integrations with, or embedded content from third parties (for example: YouTube, Spotify, Zoom, social media platforms, maps, and payment processors). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, security, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
15. Events, Community Calls, and Participation (Online or In-Person)
We may host online gatherings (including Zoom meetings), Bible studies, workshops, camps, retreats, conferences, and other events (collectively, “Events”). By registering for or attending an Event, you agree to comply with these Terms and all posted Event guidelines and safety instructions.
15.1 Assumption of Risk; Release (to the fullest extent permitted by law)
You understand that Events may involve interactions with other participants and, for in-person Events, ordinary risks associated with travel, facilities, and activities. You voluntarily assume these risks and agree that you are responsible for your own conduct, health, and safety. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, you release and hold harmless the Sites and our officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from claims arising from your participation in an Event, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
15.2 Right to Refuse/Remove Participants
We may refuse registration, remove participants, or end participation (without refund where permitted by law and applicable) for disruptive behavior, safety concerns, or violations of these Terms, House Rules, or Event guidelines.
16. Recording Notice; Photo/Video/Audio Release
To protect community privacy, participants may not record, screenshot, or redistribute private group content, chats, or meetings except where we explicitly authorize it in writing (see Appendix B).
From time to time, we may record certain Events (including livestreams or Zoom sessions) or capture photos/video/audio for ministry and operational purposes (for example: to provide replays, to improve programming, or to share ministry highlights). Where practical, we will provide notice that recording is occurring.
By participating in an Event that is recorded (after notice), you consent to the recording and to our use of your name, image, voice, and likeness in the recording, without compensation, worldwide, in any media, for ministry, educational, archival, and promotional purposes, unless prohibited by Applicable Law.
If you do not wish to be recorded, you should not participate in the recorded portion. Where practical, you may also contact us in advance to request reasonable accommodations.
17. Communications Consent; Electronic Notices; SMS
When you communicate with us electronically (for example: via email, forms, messages, or text), you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Operational communications (such as account notices, policy updates, confirmations, security messages, and Event logistics) are considered necessary to provide the Sites or Events. You may opt out of promotional emails where an unsubscribe option is provided; however, you may still receive operational messages.
If we offer SMS/text features, by opting in you consent to receive text messages from us at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out by following the instructions in the message (for example, replying STOP) where available.
18. Accessibility; “As Available” Features
We aim to make the Sites accessible and usable for as many people as possible. However, the Sites, features, and Content are provided “as available,” and we may change, suspend, discontinue, or restrict features or Content at any time, including for maintenance, upgrades, safety, or operational reasons.
