For Spakers, Entertainers & Professionals
For Speakers:
As a Speaker you will share your message with attendees online. Speakers will be given 30min to 1 hour for their message depending on the content. Speakers may participate in all 3 days or choose to only participate in 1 day. All Speakers will participate via live feeds. Speakers are expected to participate as an attendee at the event on the day(s) that they will be giving their message.
To Participate in this virtual event you will need to have your own internet provider. You will also need your own desktop computer, laptop, smartphone or smart device. There will be no compensation for using your device or for use of your internet services for your participation in the event.
For Entertainers
As an Entertainer you will share your music, comedy, or dance routine with attendees online live or share a prerecorded performance. Entertainers will be given 15min to 45 min for their performance depending on the content. As an Entertainer you may participate in all 3 days or choose to only participate in 1 day.
To Participate in this virtual event you will need to have your own internet provider. You will also need your own desktop computer, laptop, smartphone or smart device. There will be no compensation for using your device or for use of your internet services for your participation in the event.
For Professionals
As a Professional you will provide vital information on your expertise in a break-out session online and offer a Q&A part to your presentation. Professionals will be given 30min to 1 hour for their presentation depending on the content. Professionals are expected to participate as an attendee at the event on the day(s) that they will be presenting.
To Participate in this virtual event you will need to have your own internet provider. You will also need your own desktop computer, laptop, smartphone or smart device. There will be no compensation for using your device or for use of your internet services for your participation in the event.
For For All Participants
ALL SPEAKERS, ENTERTAINERS, AND PROFESSIONALS WILL BE ASKED TO SUBMIT ANY POWERPOINT, AUDIO, VIDEOS, .PDF FILES, SCRIPTURE REFERENCES, AND ANY CONTENT INTENDED TO BE SHARED OR VIEWED BY ATTENDEES WITH SHELLE FRELO FOR APPROVAL AT LEAST 3 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT. This is to keep the integrity of the event and to ensure that nothing conflicts with Shelle’s statement of faith. About This Virtual Event
This is a virtual event. This means that attendees will access the entire event online. This will be a live online 3 day event. The only portion of the event that may or may not be prerecorded is the entertainment.
Participants Meeting
ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ASKED TO ATTEND A PARTICIPANTS VIRTUAL MEET AND GREET MEETING PRIOR TO THE EVENT. EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE SPEAKERS, ENTERTAINERS, AND PROFESSIONALS THAT WILL BE PARTICIPATING IN THE ‘SHAKEN NOT STIRRED’ EVENT. This meeting will be facilitated by Shelle Frelo. The date for the Participant Meet & Greet will be 2 to 3 weeks before the event based on the dates of the event.
Event Dates
The dates for this event are very fluid at the moment as we are waiting to see who God will lead to participate and their availability. HerFaithVillage.com is currently looking at the dates of July 17th, 18th, and 19th 2020. We are wanting to have dates, times, and participant’s finalized by May 30, 2020 but that is our plan we will need to see where God leads. Please include the dates and times of your availability when responding.

July 18th 2020 Saturday 9:30am – 5:30pm
July 19th 2020 Sunday 2:00pm to 7:00pm
Fees, Offerings, and Compensation
Due to the fact that this event will be completely FREE to all attendees HerFaithVillage.com is asking Speakers, Entertainers, and Professionals to donate their talent, gifts, skills and time at no cost for this event.
However, as a show of appreciation, we would provide a ½ page free ad for your ministry, business, or non-profit {all ads must be approved by Shelle Frelo before inclusion}. The advertisement would appear in the program booklet that will be sent to attendees in .pdf format via email. We will also add a blurb on HerFaithVillage.com’s “Special Thanks” page 4 weeks after the event has concluded the blurb will include a live link to your product page or website.

Scripture Theme
The scripture focus for this event is “Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.” –2 Corinthians 4:16-18 NIV.
Shelle Frelo will be covering the entire chapter with attendees. But if God places on your heart to share 2 Corinthians 4 whether in song, dance, or spoken word, please feel free. Also, since this is God’s thing not Shelle’s thing if the Holy Spirit is prompting you to cover a different verse please submit that as well for the Holy Spirit knows what each women’s heart needs to strengthen, encourage, and grow in Him.
Climent For Event
This event is designed to help women get the strength, renewal, peace, and for a brief-few-days some relief from the day-to-day struggles that have been compounded by covid-19’s ripple effect.
God knows what each woman’s need is and if you accept this invitation, I believe He will dynamically use you to achieve His plan for each of them.
The crowd may be mixed in terms of diversity, age, economic level, spiritual maturity, and knowledge of the Lord.
We want to be REAL, AUTHENTIC, AND MOST OF ALL A REFLECTION OF JESUS’ LOVE to a hurting and maybe damaged spirit.
This next statement is not meant to offend it is meant to keep us all accountable:
Although each of us have been called to serve at different levels of reach. Some in small platforms others on a national platform that said, we are all servants of the Lord Jesus. We want to be sure that we leave stardom, notoriety, and yes even egos at the door that the Holy Spirit may use us to dynamically impact each attendees spirit.

2. What will the conference schedule look like?
This will be a 3-day event Friday, Saturday, and Sunday late afternoon. Although speakers, entertainers, and professionals do not have to participate in all 3 days. Things are very fluid at this moment. We are working to finalize the schedule.
3. How many speakers are you setting up for?
8 speakers, 4 entertainers, 3 professionals
4. If you are having multiple speakers and entertainers, who are some of the other speakers you have invited or going to invite?
We send out many email invites to speakers and entertainers. We believe that God will include who He wants regardless of name, position, or fame.
5. Can I sell my products and services?
We will provide a ½ page ad in our program book she is welcome to advertise her products there, provided Shelle approves the advertisement. Nothing can conflict with her statement of faith.
6.How many participants do you anticipate will participate? We are sending out 1000 emails to our individual women’s mailing lists, inviting 25 churches to participate with their women’s groups, and promoting the event on social media. That said please understand with all the crises that our women are under right now we make no guarantees how many women will actually answer or attend the event. We are praying to reach at least 250 hearts.

Okay, to start the process fill out the Participant Form below we will send you an official email after we review it in a few days. Once we’ve reviewed it, to make sure that nothing conflicts with our statement of faith we will contact you via email with an official welcome letter. Than we will set up a time for the initial over the phone or web one-on-one meeting with Shelle to see if there is anything else that the two of you need to go over. That is the time to ask her are the questions that you have thought of.
Just to be clear the event will be free to all attendees and all participants attend and participate for free.
